About Me
If you are like me, you have tried every craft out there. I grew up sewing my own clothes, making doll clothes, pillows, lampshades, and other small items. Then I moved on to crochet, needlepoint, cross-stitch, knitting and crewel embroidery. Of course there were bouts of painting, macrame, collage and decoupage. My mother told her friends,”Don’t stand still or you will become an art project.” As I got a little older, I decided I wanted to quilt. After taking a couple of classes, I started cutting up perfectly good fabric into tiny pieces and sewing it back together! Crazy, right? As I wandered down aisles of fabric, running my hands over bolt after bolt, my non-sewing friend said “You’re weird.” Next came fabric dying and painting, color release, tie dying, batiking. What’s next?
Well, we’ve recently moved and I had to pack up my sewing room. Everything is in storage until I can get my new room set up. So I’m setting up this page to share information, as well as links to more information. I’m interested to hear what you all are doing, what new projects you’re working on, and what you’d like to share with others. Post your ideas here, and come back often to see what others are doing, too.

Excellent post. It is challenging finding posts that are written well. I can see you have done your research.
Great blog! I dont believe Ive seen the many angles of this subject matter the way in which youve pointed them out. Youre a correct star, a rock star guy. Youve received a whole lot to say and know a great deal regarding the subject which i feel you need to just teach a class about it…HaHa!
Hey, I am aware this is perhaps quite unexpected to read, but it is posts like these that inspires me to get through my day, when my wife is shouting at me left right and centre! A couple of my buddies told me about it but I could not find it for quite a while, so a few days ago I was so pleased to finally find it! Me, I don’t do much blogging because I simply don’t have the time nonetheless I do love to look at other people’s work. I just had to comment to show my gratitude for your posts and I also wanted to let you know that so many writers do not get any credit for their excellent work, credit which is, surely well deserved. Given the topic you may not believe me and perhaps doubt that anyone could like it so much, but I genuinely wish for you to carry on with this. It’s awesome!
