I Taught a Class!

Psalm 46:10  “ Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations; I will be exalted in the earth.”

Yesterday I taught a class at my ASG Gainesville neighborhood group. What fun!  I learned to make these Christmas ornaments last year at quilt camp, and they asked me to teach them at this month’s meeting. Everyone was very enthusiastic and supportive. They all got at least half way done and a couple of them even finished.

I really wasn’t nervous, and once I got started, there was no stopping me!

Thanks Jill for taking the picture.

We also had a lot of show and tells.  Phyllis brought her jacket from a class taught by our president Marge Hollnagel a couple of months ago. She did a great job finishing it with eyelash yarn embellisment. Bev brought a quilt she made that was auctioned off by her church, Emma made  flower pins, a purse and wallet, and a bowl.
